Not only they gace me best price, they also included all season mats for my van. JOSEPH has helped me throught the process. He seems honest and was able to give me the best price. Romeo in the financing department is also very helpful. He didn't push too much on extra stuff. I would recomend this dealer. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Once you get a price from the dealer you can agree on they want to add a $299 finance fee which is totaly a ripoff. They also try to add a DMV fee when all other dealers incl the dealer you can agree on they want to add a $299 finance fee which is totaly a ripoff. We purchased our car a year ago. My husband and I made it very clear to our salesperson that we must have free loaner service included. He immediately agreed to this. The sales manager came out of her o it very clear to our salesperson that we must have free loaner service included. He immediately agreed to this. The sales manager came out of her office to meet us and seal the deal. We again reiterated that the deal must include a free loaner car when our Accord was being repaired. She immediately replied, "No problem! I will make sure that happens." We asked both of them to put this in writing, and they emphatically replied this was unnecessary. I took my car to Madison Honda today for service. I planned to wait and therefore did not ask for a loaner car. The line of cars was very long, out to the street. Since I had made an appointment, I assumed this line consisted of car owners without appointments, who were waiting for the express oil service. I parked my car in their lot, and strolled into the office to speak with a service representative. To my surprise, I was told this long line applied to ALL car owners. I explained that the line was ridiculously long, I had an appointment and should not have to wait, and asked to make an appointment for next week, with a loaner car. I then found out I did not have the "loaner package." There was no record of our promised free loaner service. Fortunately, Brian, their excellent service manager, intervened. We now have our free loaner service! I highly recommend their service department. Just buy the car elsewhere. I must add that in addition to the loaner scam, we received terrible customer service from our salesperson. He initially promised our car within two days. We put down our deposit. We did not hear from him. I called him on day three. He did not call back. I called on day four and got him on the phone. He said he would have our car soon - was having trouble finding our color. I said we would gladly settle for another color, just wanted the car now. He refused. Two weeks later, it finally arrived. Oops, wrong interior color. We patiently waited again. He eventually called and informed me of the date and time we were required to pick it up. The time was inconvenient for us, as it would require my husband to leave work very early. He became pushy and insisted we arrive at this time. He explained he needed to leave early that night - he leaves early that night every week. I asked that someone else assist us with the final papers. He stated this was not possible. We were unable to get to the dealership as early as he demanded. As a result, we were forced to wait two hours to obtain our car. Our salesperson reminded us that THIS WAS OUR FAULT, since we were unable to get to the dealership at the time he needed us to be there. We will never purchase a car from Madison Honda again. More

Made appt over phone. when came in to do so-- suddenly it was 'we don't have that car, but you can test drive something similar.' Not the same thing, guys. Flavia tried to finalize the sale. When asked what color the color would be chosen in, her comment was "oh, why would you want That color? I'd never drive a car that color!' (???) What ended doing business with them however was this: They gave a quote over the phone that was in line with most other quotes. Then they did the bait and switch: "Oh, that price is only good if you add on another 900 dollars in window etchings, etc. Otherwise, you have to pay MSRP." Unethical and dishonest. More
They played the typical car dealer game - have a seat, let me go talk to my manager. And this was with an email from another dealer they said they'd match that price. 'oh, he has to get the vin for the let me go talk to my manager. And this was with an email from another dealer they said they'd match that price. 'oh, he has to get the vin for the vehicle before we can start writing up the papers'. Then after 1 HOUR! oh, no , you aren't eligible for that low honda offered financing rate (that the sales guy confirmed in a phone call earlier and that's why we went to them). It was me, my wife and daughter - getting our daughter this, her first, car. Leading up to this visit, I joked / lamented with my daughter about the games that dealers play. As much as we knew what was going on, busy eating their snacks and surfing the web while they kept us waiting, keeping us waiting was just rude. I guess there's enough people that, after waiting all that long, say OK, we'll go with the higher financing rate. Not us. We left. We suggest you not shop here. What should have taken a fraction of the time, dragged on and we walked out when they start changing their story. If they didn't keep us waiting like that, we likely would have accepted the situation - we can easily pay cash, but if we can get .9% financing, we'd take it. Honda is offering $1000 off OR 0.9% financing. These guys said we could do both over the phone. Other dealers have said no. The sales guy was nice - Kyle, but leaving us there for an hour is just games. We figured if he's saying yes, we'd take the financing. If he said no before the 1 hour wait, we'd have stayed knowing we wouldn't get a better deal. WE'RE GOING ELSEWHERE. More
The place was great, and I would have given it all fives a couple years ago. Ever since they remodeled the place it went down hill. Maybe due to change in ownership or management. The people used to be v a couple years ago. Ever since they remodeled the place it went down hill. Maybe due to change in ownership or management. The people used to be very friendly and helpful, but the last couple of times I went there they were not. I used to go there for service for everything on both my civic and accord. They even fixed my catalytic converter on my accord "on warranty" when it had 105K miles; not sure what warrenty it was covered under but it was fixed for free and I even got a loaner for free. Before it could not have been better and I would not have dreamed of buying anything but a Honda and taking it there. Now it is no longer the case. I'm on the site looking for a new place to go. More
I requested and got an internet quote via email for a Honda Accord EX V6 with a clunker trade-in. Had a phone conversation with the internet sale representative during which he explained how my deal wou Honda Accord EX V6 with a clunker trade-in. Had a phone conversation with the internet sale representative during which he explained how my deal would result in $3500 instead of $4500. Also asked him about choice of colors and was told that there were plenty of cars available for me to choose the right color. I tested a car in the evening and was ready to enter into a transaction. First, I was made to wait for a long time, then came the first surprise: there was no EX model available, but only the EXL model which is the next level up. I asked for the price difference between the EX and EXL - it was $2,100. I asked for some discount and was declined. I then offered to accept the difference by adding it to the quoted price. Now came the second surprise: They could not honor the lower quoted price because it was not a "clunker-based" price. They wanted me to take the car with a higher price. I left that place after wasting an entire evening, and lost an opportunity to go elsewhere because it was too late. The clunker program was to be shut down in one day. I have the entire email chain to prove that the price quoted was with the clunker consideration. This incident also revealed that they had a double-standard in pricing the deals. I also doubt the unavailability of the EX model. No way that I will ever do business with such bad people, no will be my friends. More

I would highly recommend Madison Honda and Gary Testa who worked with, not against, my wife and me every step of the way. We originally wanted to lease an `09 Accord, and visited the dealership one evening worked with, not against, my wife and me every step of the way. We originally wanted to lease an `09 Accord, and visited the dealership one evening and met with Gary. While I had done my research, I still didn't feel knowledgeable enough to sign the contract. Mr. Testa didn't pressure me to stay and made it clear he wanted me to be comfortable with the process. Even when we went back the next night, and still didn't pull the trigger, he didn't get pushy or bring in the sales manager to apply extra pressure. My wife and I decided to buy a certified pre-owned Accord and the process was very smooth, no surprises, and pain-free. Bottom line is this: I got the car I wanted and feel like I got a fair price and I would definitely go back and deal with Mr. Testa. More
