I used their Internet website to establish some pricing information and to set up an appointment. I was set up with Brian Teixeira Who took me on a thorough test drive of the honda pilot. He explained everything about the car and did not rush me at all. We negotiated a lease agreement that I was satisfied with and set up delivery for the next day. Brian was also very helpful during the delivery, he even noticed that the windshield washer fluid was low and added it himself. He helped set up the Bluetooth connection with my phone and went over all the Bluetooth features. All in all a great experience at Madison Honda. More

Throughout the process, he answered all of my questions, was pleasant, and never pushy, though persistent. After I decided to purchase a 2011 car, he helped me set up the insurance, et al. He also negotiated a bit of a price reduction. I would definitely recommend Adrian, as well as this agency, to others. More

Mark was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with in leasing our new Honda Odyssey. We looked at both used and new cars and traded in our 2006 - everything was easy and went smoothly.
