Everyone was very friendly from the internet sales person to the sales person (Adrian) that closed out the sale. We had to wait over an hour to have our car delivered and Adrian stopped by a number of times to the sales person (Adrian) that closed out the sale. He even offered to drop us somewhere for lunch when a loaner car wasn't available. Price was a 4, even though we got a solid deal it was some of the usual negotiation tactics used by dealers. Even with that said, everything was on the up and up, and the negotiation experience was probably the most pleasant I have experienced to date. More
