I took delivery of a new 2013 Honda Dyno Blue Civic EX on 4/11/2013, it was the second time that I visited Madison Honda, the first was to test drive the car I was interested in purchasing. After going to various dealers around the area, Madison blew away the competition. I was a little hesitant to visit at first because the distance is a little out of the way for me and the color I was inter blew away the competition. I was contacted by Honda, as I was currently leasing a CR-V, to bring in my car to be assessed and potentially have the remainder of my lease bought out to get into a new car. I did so, and worked with J CR-V, to bring in my car to be assessed and potentially have the remainder of my lease bought out to get into a new car. I did so, and worked with Joseph Tyson in the Sales Department. He was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. My car was quickly deemed eligible for the lease to be bought out, and I accepted the offer to walk out with a new car. I chose the 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. Joseph, with the assistance of the Finance Department, patiently worked with me while we negotiated payments, agreeing on a very fair price. The rest of the process, paperwork, waiting for the car of my liking (color, interior), etc, was smooth and efficient. All along, Joseph was readily available for any questions, concerns, or just to chat as we passed the time. Overall, the entire process exceeded my expectations, and I will most definitely purchase from Madison Honda again. Most important is Joseph himself. I first met him late last year while my CR-V was in for an oil change. He approached me to talk. Not to make a sale, not to push anything on me, but just to chat. And, each time I returned for scheduled maintenance, he'd be there with a smile and some conversation. He is not your typical Sales associate. He's genuine, honest, and truly has your best interest at heart. I've never seen that before in any dealership, and would highly recommend that anyone who goes to Madison Honda request to speak with Joseph. More
