Great experience from walking in the door to walking out. I went to look at a specific vehicle, that I had been looking at online. The next morning the sales person Brittney called to confirm my appointment, which made me feel they really wanted my business. I walk in the door, the Cadillac branch behind the Triphammer Mall, it was a very welcoming atmosphere. Britney and I discussed a few things and we went too test drive the Ford Escape, feel in love with it. I rode with the maintenance guy in my vehicle because I was considering trading it in he was giving me some of his thoughts on my current vehicle, and he was a good source of information. So now the finance guy and I start talking numbers because I knew what I wanted for a payment and what my credit union was going to charge me for an. Interested rate...we were able to get the payment and interest rate comparable to what my bank offer, without an extended warranty, didn't need that and I was able to drive my new vehicle off the lot which I want even planning to do that day but it worked out and McGuire was a great bunch of people to work with. More
