Sales personal were very helpful & communicative. We liked working with Chrishawn. He helped me find the vehicle I was looking for and explained my financing options. However, we had some issues in the service department and overall timeliness was not there. It took a week to get the vehicle in my possession due to a broken headlight which should have been identified prior to purchase. My car was given to me without fluids, without a full tank of gas, a completely dead spare key fab, among a few other little things that I specifically asked to be taken care of. That was definitely disappointing, but at that point I really did not want to spend any additional time at the dealership. More
