I have never written a review before but cars are expensive purchases. I was offered a cash price on a vehicle that I was interested in and we shook hands on it and everything. I even respectfully wa expensive purchases. I was offered a cash price on a vehicle that I was interested in and we shook hands on it and everything. I even respectfully waited for their day off even though my family was in an accident and needed a vehicle urgently. Couple days later when I finally get the buy order they increased the price on me. When I asked why it was 3k more they told me the cash price they showed me was based off a down payment of 3k. Who in the world puts a down payment on a car they’re buying cash. I had gotten an entire check ready for them to find out I owe even more when I was specifically told the price they gave me was with taxes and fees included. The sales manager gave me a really hard time and just was not trying to hear my side at all. They gave me their word and went back on it and I was still being respectful because they made a mistake in misinforming me but was not treated back with any type of respect. Money wasn’t an issue here, it was their honesty and integrity and going back on their word. I don’t recommend shopping here. More
