My husband and I came to trade in our old car for a newer model. As a young woman my experience at other dealerships was that I was ignored in favor of my husband or at times not even acknowledged. That was far from the case at Maguire Nissan! While we are of course happy with our new purchase, we cannot say enough good things about Anthony Lopez, who helped us through this entire process. We're leaving today feeling excited and certain that everything was handled perfectly thanks to his expertise. Anthony is charismatic but do not be mistaken, he is no disingenuous salesperson trying to make a sale at any cost. His personable approach and consultative selling approach allowed us to get to know each other and build a relationship. We trusted his judgement and left with exactly what we needed and things we didn't know we needed or think we could afford. He was thorough and explained everything fully every step of the way, there were no surprises or hidden charges. We were always in the loop with where we were in the process and the entire transaction was seemless between the insurance, bank and dmv. You can tell that he is a truly caring person who wants to see people leave happy. He went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations which I'm sure is no rare occurrence for him with his effortless approach to sales. It was also a huge plus that he was Bilingual, something we took advantage of when we needed to bring my mother in law in to help sign some of the papers for the trade in.
