I took my leased Rogue up because I have been having electric gremlins. The couldn't reproduce the issue, but took upon their own to change the batteries in my FOBs without asking first and then said w electric gremlins. The couldn't reproduce the issue, but took upon their own to change the batteries in my FOBs without asking first and then said we owed money when we came to pick it up. The dollar amount was not the issue, but that they did it without permission. My car is under full warranty but they argued with my husband as to how many miles were on my car and whether or not the batteries should cost us. Too bad that the Service Center isn't as friendly as the sales. I have gotten my last three cars at Maguire, but I really don't appreciate the service center that last two vehicles (Ford and Nissan). Not sure where I will be purchasing form when my lease is up because the service center is just a turn off and unfortunately, cars need to be fixed/warranty work. More
