My sales men was Wonderful he put me into a 2024 Toyota Cross I originally came in to finance the rest of my lease out, but ended up getting into a new lease. Everything went well until the very end went Jay When Showing me how to get my phone connected to the screen and all of the other apps on my screen when it was rudely interrupted by another salesman and said that he needed to wrap it up with us because they were shorthanded and other customers needed him. Needless to say it has been a week and I am still at home trying to figure this out by myself this is not in anyway Jay’s fault he did his job PERFECT I have purchased four cars from your dealership and have never been rudely interrupted by another salesman while working with my salesman very unprofessional upon that other salesman I’m sorry I do not know his name again.
