In looking at my car, I saw that the mangled rim on the drivers front tire is still on the drivers front. So the tire rotation, which I requested and paid for was not done. The detail which supposedly was done has left the front window so smeared that in sunlight its like looking through a fog. Did I even get the oil change which I also paid for??
