Very inefficient when I made an appoint in advance I now have to make another appointment with another dealership to complete what in originally asked for truly my worst experience in a dealer shop I own 2 gmcs. And take them to Lockport there service makes Maguire Toyota look like a defunct dealership on there way to closing down More
