We had an appointment at 9:30. Dropped off the car at 8:30 and left it there for the inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t anything all morning. Not done and it was going to be 1 more hour. Obviously they never started on the basic service yet. Now this was an inconvenience for us because we never expected it to take 4 1/2 hours and we had to make other arrangements for our afternoon plans. When you drop off your car and not want to sit there in the waiting room you expect your car will be worked on at the time of your appointment. I hope this will improve or I might go elsewhere for all our services. And we have only used Toyota on Grand Island for years. More
