Not my usual experience. Nick Kotsovolos set up an appointment for me to perform the standard lube and oil change and anything else that was needed. The appointment was set for 1:30 and should have taken 2 to maybe 3 hours (I was told). One additional thing I requested was to check the oil pump/pressure due to a dash board signal. Nick told me the mechanic couldn't duplicate the trouble signal and stopped working on it. That was at 4;30 PM. When I got back to your shop my truck was not your shop. So, I stood around and watched as the tech proceeded start to rotate my tires (which was not supposed to happen). The last time I came in I had just rotated the tires the week before; putting them back to where they were. I had to come back later to get them "re-rotated" back to where they should have been. I finally left your facility at about 5:30 PM. Nick Stayed late (whether it was for me or not, I don't know) but everything seems to be working as it should.
