Merv greeted me and connected me with the right people to get me out of a bad loan and into a great car. Merv had to help another customer while I was there, so he sent Jose Vega over to help me find a car that I liked and Jose took me on my test drive. Jose did a good job of explaining the differences between the various models and I am so glad that Jose recommended that I buy a car with leather seats since I drive for Uber and Lyft. Merv followed up with me after my purchase, helping me to learn the finer points of On Star, using the radio, WiFi, and playing songs through my phone (I'm a bit partial to Spotify since it is only $9.99 per month and it gives me unlimited access to almost every song ever made.) Anytime that I encounter an issue that I cannot resolve through the Owner's manual, Merv is there to guide me through what I need to do to continue enjoying my awesome car. Thanks for everything guys! More

Salesman David This is the second Equinox I bought from David at Maiti. I have always been a Ford person, but from my first Equinox to my second David has been my sa This is the second Equinox I bought from David at Maiti. He is knowledgeable of the different models Chev has to offer, he is not pushy yet very straightforward. This time I told David what features and color I wanted in my new Equinox. He search his inventory list until he found it for me. Then we walked the lot looking for it as he wasn't exactly sure which lot it was in as it had just arrived. I keep going back to Maiti because if David. If he had been off, I would have left on Sunday and returned when he was working. David is your guy if you are looking for a new Chev. You need to see Rich Barbour! I have not looked nor purchased a car since 2002. Needless to say, I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect. I had been looking on-line for a particular car and found what I wanted at Maita. As much as I perused the internet, I kept coming back to that car. So, I got out of my comfort zone and emailed Rich Barbour. He responded immediately and we set a date to go look and test drive the vehicle. I fell in love with it. I had gone with pre-approved financing from my credit union and they offered to check and see what they could offer. I huge difference in the rate!!! Working with Rich Barbour and Bubba was a joy. After I test drove the car, I noticed a slight imperfection in the windshield. Maita replaced it without hesitation! My nervousness regarding shopping for a car was quickly put to rest once I arrived at Maita Chevrolet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
