AWESOME...Personal service we went to the auto mall looking to buy a FORD POWER STROKE.... Ended up looking at the Chevrolet lot... Dura Max Silverado... Best Vehicle Buying Experience EVER! I purchased a super clean, used Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership in May 2015. I contacted them via Internet Sales and found the process from s I purchased a super clean, used Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership in May 2015. I contacted them via Internet Sales and found the process from start to finish to be THE lowest pressure (no pressure, really), most pleasant (yes, I said it - PLEASANT!) car buying experience I've ever had - and I've visited dozen upon dozens of dealerships and purchased a variety of used and new vehicles over the past 20+ years. Every person I dealt with was respectful and courteous and did not try to talk me into buying the vehicle but left the decision totally up to me. In the Finance office (the part I usually dread) the Finance Manager Dan was friendly and professional, offering me all the add-on products but not pushing when I declined. Also, there was a minor issue with the power mirrors not working (needed fuse replaced) and they quickly agreed to fix it at no charge (as they should have) then even followed up with me to ensure I made the service appointment. Even the Asst. Manager, Anthony, checked on me and inquired to ensure I was receiving excellent customer service during the purchase process. All in all, a wonderful experience and a very fair price for my hard-to-find truck...I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future! Thank you guys at Maita Chevrolet!! More
