I realize they need to make more money, unfortunately the finance department doesn’t realize no means no. I’d give full stars had it not been for the sales psychology (pressure) in finance. I brought the car back to the Service department a couple wks later for interior & exterior protective coating. The service department also earned its full stars. The older gentleman that drove me back and forth when the car was ready was so great; excellent driver, knows the roads better than me, cheerful and loved his job with Maita and clean vehicle to ride in (not a smoker). I can’t recall his name except to say he is Finnish I believe. More

Our visit was to get an update on our Passport's computer software evolving our radio. We were in and out quickly with Ryan handling it very efficiently, I add here that the Maita dealership is far computer software evolving our radio.
