No hassles On the downside.... If your in a hurry?? super slow and I had an appt. The deal between Barbara and was quick and pain free I arrived at 130pm didn’t leave till almost 7pm. To sign the paperwork took hours, not to mention the lady you sign with was PUSHY and just RUDE! Tried to tell me Lodi was a bad area in order to sell me products Obviously she’s never been to North Lodi. More
Bad Service Department at Maita Honda, Citrus Heights, CA I purchased my first new car. I added extras to my vehicle and had paid for them. I made an appointment to have them done. I had to drive an hour awa I purchased my first new car. I added extras to my vehicle and had paid for them. I made an appointment to have them done. I had to drive an hour away from where I live to have it done so you can understand why I was upset that they did not even have my appointment on the Schedule for that day that I had called and made prior a few weeks before. I personally spoke with Jennifer Baker. She made the appointment for me and I took the day off of work that day for my appointment. I drove too far and took time off of work not to have my car worked on for services that I had already paid for. They could not find my slip that confirmed everything that I had paid for and was to be done. Good thing I had brought my copy of the slip. They did not have any of my information. Thankfully I was able to get in and get it done, but my vehicle was there from 9 AM till 6 PM. I was under the impression that all the work was going to be done at the dealership, but the window tinting was not. When I dropped my car off for the service I had a quarter of a tank left. When I got it back at closing, my car was completely empty. I had to go straight to the gas station across the street to fill it up to go back home. My NEW car also had dry water marks all down both sides & the back of my car from when they tinted the windows. I left a message with one of the managers at the dealership and still have not heard back from anybody about my whole ordeal. I will never go back to this dealership (Maita Honda) again. It was the worst service I have ever had! Not a good impression at all for a first time car buyer with a dealership. More

7,000 mile service The service adviser answered all of my questions, the cashiers were friendly and efficient, and parts department employee was very helpful. The only drawback was that I had to wait at least 20 minutes before a service adviser came to the car. A couple of young men did come out to let me know that an adviser would be with me soon. It appeared that only one adviser was around at 11 a.m. More

Poor customer communication Both when I scheduled my appointment and when I dropped my car off I informed the employee that I needed to pick up my car by 4:30. Both times I was assured that this was not an issue as I was dropping off before 8:00 am for a 4 hour job. When I arrived at 4:30 as planned I was told my car would need another 30 minutes. I returned my rental and called my husband for a ride, as we needed to get going to a baseball game. The next day was a holiday. I was never called that my was ready. I had to call 2 days later to find out. When I picked up my car it had not been washed as I was promised. I wouldn’t have expected it to be washed had the service writer not offered. While I appreciated being able to use a free rental I was frustrated that I was told it had a full tank. I realized as I pulled away that it appeared to be down one bar. I was able to confirm this was the case when it needed over 3 gallons of gas when I topped the tank off before returning it and noted the level was higher than when I picked it up. I will seek out another dealership the next time I need a repair. More
