I was waiting for more than an hour The overall service on my car was great. I had John check me in and he let me know how long the service would take and then called me when it was over The overall service on my car was great. I had John check me in and he let me know how long the service would take and then called me when it was over! The bad part of my experience came from the wait. I came in and was told that there would be a due bill waiting for me. The receptionist in the showroom sent me over to Jennifer over at Service and I checked in with the receptionist there. I waited for Jennifer and when my mom and I checked in 20 minutes later because we had not been helped she notified us that Jennifer had a rental to deal with. We waited another 20 minutes and I checked in again and she said Jennifer was still not available. Once Jennifer found us an hour and 10 minutes later she looked at the due bill for 10 seconds and told me all I had to do was pull my car up to service and they would take care of me. I was upset that I had been waiting an hour for something I could have done the second I got there, which was disappointing for me. More
