To be honest ... I seriously expected to get screwed some where in the deal. Like we agreed on a final price and then some where they'd add like something to it bu ... Service is good, waiting for shuttle was not Got an appointment at 10am, reached on time. Service agent was able to take care of the vehicle information without no time. Had to wait 30+ Mins to g Got an appointment at 10am, reached on time. Service agent was able to take care of the vehicle information without no time. Had to wait 30+ Mins to get drop off si if you plan to get back to work immediately then need to have alternate arrangements. Received a call at 2.30pm confirming work is over, had to wait till 5.40pm to get the shuttle back to collect the vehicle. Overall service is good, customer service is also good. Shuttle driver is also wonderful. And waiting for shuttle was too bad. There is only one shuttle car and they from pretty much anywhere so expect a delay. More
