Ryan has helped me a lot in recent years so I continue I've been taking my car to Honda since 2015 for service and I've always had a great experience. Ryan has helped me a lot in recent years so I continue to go to him when I come in for Service. Ryan always greets me with a smile at 7am when I drop off and 5:30pm when I pick up. I appreciate his friendly approach and knowledgeable advise. More

Ryan and his team are awesome! Maita is not the dealership I bought my car from but will definitely visit them for my next Honda.. I was diwn the street from them when my nearly new car started making a horrible noise when I turned left. I drove down to Maura and they found my break pad was not put on properly and came loose. From that point on I went to Maita over the other dealer! More

Battery (11 months old and a replacement for the last battery that was still under warranty) won't pass the load test. Now I have to go elsewhere to have battery checked and/or replaced!!!! Warranty starts from the first battery ( 6/10/14), not the new one (4/18/18)! I don't think this is fair, if in fact, I received a new battery last April. I would be a fool, however to buy another battery from this dealer! More

In addition, a car wash was requested, it was stated as completed on final invoice but the service was not done. A little disappointing for this service visit. More

Quick service to replace airbag Maita Honda contacted me to have the driver's airbag replaced shortly after the second recall was announced and before I received a recall letter. I Maita Honda contacted me to have the driver's airbag replaced shortly after the second recall was announced and before I received a recall letter. I was able to schedule the appointment for the following day on a busy Saturday, and received excellent shuttle service to and from my home. The job was complete in about two hours. More
