Service Maita Honda is excellent. Ron was able to accommodate my needs and give me a rental while my rims were being repaired. The service from check in to Maita Honda is excellent. The girls at check in desk were great! They seriously excel in customer service. She made me laugh. Disappointing...really upset. So upsetting Tire rotation was all i need and your advisor telling me i need to change my oil as well even if he knew i still have 90% of oil and was changed it a Tire rotation was all i need and your advisor telling me i need to change my oil as well even if he knew i still have 90% of oil and was changed it a few days after. I was telling him no just do the tire rotation and asked me if i wanted my car washed. This was the time i got upset i told him in a nice way my car was clean and waxed already before i took it for service and he said to me 2 hours of wait time to get it done. After long hours of waiting i saw my car washed and drying by one of your man. I spent $55 for complete carwash service including wax and after a while you would see your car being washed again...so upset ive waited for couple of hours for just a simple service and this is all a get. More

disappointing customer service Ryan Widener was the person who checked me in for an oil change. I was on the phone when my car was ready, asked caller to hold and Ryan said I needed Ryan Widener was the person who checked me in for an oil change. He stated there were a few other items that inside will go over me with. As I was paying I noticed dirty air filter, 3rd brake light out and battery failed. Asked girl about this and she called Ryan back in. I asked about the battery failing and he said it had and since I was on the phone he didn't mention it to me. I told him he had the time to mention a $600 repair to me instead and he replied it was more important and then WALKED OFF and over to another customer in the waiting area! Such RUDE behavior. Not to mention other times I've had my car serviced and a light was out or the air filter needed replacing I was asked if I wanted it done at the same time - no one bothered to ask me at this service. Disappointed with the service and rude behavior from Ryan - not sure if I will return here for service anymore. The oil change price has risen considerably and I doubt it is worth it. I have had the pleasure of being attended by Bud I believe his name was, in the past and wish I had the opportunity to have him at this visit. Walking away from a customer is rude. Ryan didn't even bother to ask if I had any other issues/questions. He decided himself to walk away and attend to someone else. My vehicle stunk of a grease/oil/gasoline smell for 3 days after this service also. More

I was well cared for! I pulled in for an Express Oil Change. I got that, but I also got great service! Bud greeted me, discussed my options since I have a couple of other I pulled in for an Express Oil Change. I got that, but I also got great service! Bud greeted me, discussed my options since I have a couple of other items needing attention, and got my car done and returned to me in much less time than anticipated and for under the estimated price. I also have an idea how much time will be needed for the other work and a plan for getting it done. Who knew an oil change could be such a positive experience. Thanks, Bud. And thanks to Ruby in the office for your nice manner as you handled my bill. More
