Friday Afternoon & Alternator The alternator in my 2007 CRV failed on Friday afternoon on my way home. I drove directly to Maita and my service advisor determine it was the altern The alternator in my 2007 CRV failed on Friday afternoon on my way home. I drove directly to Maita and my service advisor determine it was the alternator. There was an alternator in stock and the service technicians replaced the alternator and the new alternator was bad. Another alternator was located and another 3 hours would be needed to install the second new alternator. I chose to pick up a rental and drive home and wait until Saturday to pick up my car. It was ready and clean on Saturday morning. It was a very expensive and unexpected Christmas present to myself. The car runs great now and I am happy. More
