We had spoken on the phone and communicated through emails and each time I felt that I was getting honest information. His response time was excellent. If he wasn't sure about a piece of information, he immediately found someone who could clarify it for us. Colin was always pleasant, upbeat and was never pushy, very important to me. He informed me of some options I had not considered which, in the end, was a better deal for me. We concluded the sale, in no small part, because of our experience with Matt. I would definitely send people to Maita Honda/Matt Colin in the future. I keep my cars so long, my only hope is that he still works there when I need a new one!
