Quick Service I took my CRV in for an oil change through the express service lane only to find out I needed more service than I thought. Craig greeted me like an ol I took my CRV in for an oil change through the express service lane only to find out I needed more service than I thought. Craig greeted me like an old friend and explained what the code on my car needed and the price. I was prepared to wait for just over the hour in the customer lounge while my car was being serviced. 45 minutes later my car was done, including the free wash!, and I was on my way. Dissappointing I had a 9 am appointment. I showed up a few minutes to 9 and parked in service lane. I sat for approximately 12-13 minutes, at which time no service a I had a 9 am appointment. I took keys out , and spoke with an attendant to state I would be inside waiting if anyone wanted to help me. I waited inside for another 5 minutes when the same attendant told me an advisor was ready. Once I was helped, the advisor was very professional. But waiting almost 20 minutes when I had an appointment, is embarrassing and fustrating. No reason for me to go back there really. More
