But they were slow to respond to my follow up questions and requests. They said they would get back to me but didn't. I had to call them to follow up on my request so that was not very good customer service. But overall experience was pleasant and friendly and they beat every one else price wise. More

Oil change I was told it would take abo it an hour, so I waited. After an hour, I was told my battery was low and if .I wanted it checked out it would be another I was told it would take abo it an hour, so I waited. I am not sure why I agreed to that because it is a 2016 Civic and I have vot had any indication that the battery had a problem. It seemed strange to me that checking a battery would take a hour anyway. I will come back to Miata for service, but I was not happy with it this time. More
