The process was very quick; once we made the decision to lease I was quickly approved and all logistics were quickly arranged for pickup. Todd Stamps delivered the car. He is a delightful, friendly person and he made the experience quite enjoyable. He made sure to walk me through all of the features on my car and set it up for me so I was ready to go immediately off the lot. Mary Ellen in finance was also very helpful. She walked me through all of the paperwork, made sure all of my questions were answered and offered to be available for any follow up questions anytime. Overall, I had an excellent experience.
