Excellent Customer Service I went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted the tires rotated too. I'm glad they did because I wouldn't have remembered to have them do th I went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted the tires rotated too. I'm glad they did because I wouldn't have remembered to have them do that. I love that they check the car over for brake wear, fluids, and check the battery. They also washed the car...... so I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and got a clean car back. They're also friendly and have a nice big waiting area to wait in. More

Only issue was I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. The coupon was for full value and didn't give a discount as a coupon should. You did away with the advantage program so no incentives to use Maita. More

It seemed like a whole lotta work and money for a really little noise. Brought it to the experts cuz I love this car and wanted to know if they agreed with me. Not only did Mr. Ron Stam listen to my every word, he got me right in for a fair estimate price, the mechanic quickly found the issue and had it fixed in no time, and did it for free because it was so easy. Now I call that service! Not only did Mr. Stam and the mechanic save me a ton of money, they kept my beautiful car from being man handled by less than qualified jokesters of professionals. I really can’t explain how happy I was, and by doing so, the Honda employees invested in their own company by gaining a loyal customer from here on out. I won’t be taking my Honda anywhere else from now on. Thanks again More
