Not truthful We bought our 2018 CR-V new from Kevin Petrie great experience in March 2018. Only 4500 miles now. Kept getting notices 3 month , 6 month service due. Knowing that they didn't know how many miles I had on my vehicle I decided to have it serviced. I always have my oil changed and my tires rotated every 5,000 miles. Plan on trip and wanted to get it done before. Service person checked a button on steering wheel and said it was still good for another 2,000 miles, but they would go ahead and do it anyway. After they had finished I asked him if they rotated tires, he said that they had. They did wash car. Before we came home I parked under a tree that drops that misty sap, my wife washed the car the next day and asked me if they were supposed to rotate tires I said that they were. I look for signs tell me certain whether something is done or not. The passenger front wheel had a scrape on it. That was not rotated. Don't say you do something if you don't. More
