Mad to OMG YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME We purchased a previously owned Acura MDX with an entertainment package from Maita Honda. We chose the car specifically for the entertainment package. Frustrated beyond reason when we discovered it didn’t work properly. Made an appointment to have it “looked at” and not happy that I was told they would need the car for SIX hours. We live over an hour away. What am I suppose to do for SIX hours while it is “”looked at” Arrived to find a very nice young man (Trevor ) to work with me while we tried to get the sound to work. He kept at it until he was beyond stumped and called in Mikayla She gave it a go and then announced that she was stumped. To get to the end. They sent me home in a loaner car and figured out the issue and drove me my car Yes 80 miles to my house. Delivered my car with a full tank, new head phones and an very very happy family ready to head out on vacation. We are sold on the customer service of Mikayla and Miata Honda staff ! More

Waited too long, too pricey I came in for an oil change and my service advisor tried to upsell me on a tire rotation and filter change. The price would’ve come out to $225 for al I came in for an oil change and my service advisor tried to upsell me on a tire rotation and filter change. The price would’ve come out to $225 for all 3 services. I just needed an oil change for $40. Then, my car was done and I could see it. It sat there for 30 mins before I was able to pay and leave! There was no reason for the 30 delay! I have been a loyal customer at Miata Honda and even when it was Carmichael Honda before that for over 15 years. This is the worst service I have ever received. More
