new 2018 cr-v I went here through Costco auto buying program. Got contacted by Kevin Petrie. Set up an appointment for a test drive. Unfortunately, none of EX model I went here through Costco auto buying program. Got contacted by Kevin Petrie. Set up an appointment for a test drive. Unfortunately, none of EX models were available, so I test drove Touring one. Then I choose the exterior/interior colors based on upcoming shipment of EX's and patiently waited for about two weeks for the car of my choice. At first, I had an impression of a luck of interest from dealership employees. I thought they're gonna be all over me, but then reading reviews about "no pressure" policy, I realized that that's how thing are ran around here and I actually liked it. Kevin Petrie was more than happy to answer my questions and give suggestions if I needed them. All the discounts I got for the car and extended warranty because of the Costco auto buying program were pretty good. Financing was easy to get and ta-da, I'm driving brand new car. More

Best car buying experience Got the price all set before going to the dealership. Just went thru the financing terms, signed the paper, and took the car home. Tires When I took my car in to Maita Honda and they supposedly did a tire rotation along with my oil change. However when I left the Honda place my tire light came on so I stopped at Les Schwab and they said all my tire pressures were low and I had a screw In one of my tires, plus one of my valve stems was leaking. Shame on my own service department, who is supposed to have my best interest at heart for not catching any of these problems during the supposed tire rotation. You sure charged me enough to have great service... that i did not receive. Some retraining sure needs to take place. I went trusting you would service my vehicle as promised. I just came to have my car serviced (change oil, filter and multi link inspection) for it's first year, I have also included one of my concerns about the car's steering wheel, that is subtly "veering" to the left, and all of my concerns were addressed professionally. They even took their time sitting with me while I test drive the car to see the issue at hand. The whole process was quick and it was explained thoroughly. They even had my car washed. What an excellent and professional staffs they have. I just hope next time they will take some time to get the name of the guest or customers, so that they could give a more personal approach. This place is highly recommended! More
