One phone call away from 5 stars Scheduled a 8am appt for oil change and to have a recalled airbag replaced. Got there and was told airbag may have been done already and service may o Scheduled a 8am appt for oil change and to have a recalled airbag replaced. Got there and was told airbag may have been done already and service may only take 45 mins instead of 6 hours. They said theyd check the airbag and call me to let me know if it would be done sooner. No call until 4pm letting me know it was ready. Airbag was completed already but they didnt close out the work order. Total service time for minder b 45 minutes but took all day? Just call me as promised... guess ill go elsewhere. More

I’m a straight-shooter when it comes to buying and do not like to waste time. Steve was great in handling negotiations and I was out the door with my amazing new car in no time. The finance person was low key and efficient, and sercice did an excellent job of installing an alarm system a few days latter. I really enjoy the relaxed and friendly environment at Maita and would definitely work with Steve again in the future. I’ve purchased many cars throughout the years and this, by far, was my favorite experience! More

Surprisingly Pleasant! After an unpleasant experience with Elk Grove Honda who refused to even negotiate, I found myself the next day at Maita Honda because they were the on After an unpleasant experience with Elk Grove Honda who refused to even negotiate, I found myself the next day at Maita Honda because they were the only other dealership within 150 miles that had the EXACT CR-V that I wanted. I went there with an internet price quote and fully expected another unpleasant car-buying experience. Boy, was I wrong! Todd Stamps set me up with Jamar Bautista to show me the car and do a test drive. Jamar was extremely knowledgeable about all things Honda. There wasn't a feature that he didn't fully understand! I appreciate that since I've dealt with plenty of salesmen in the past that do not know their product, and it's a big turnoff. Jamar was also a lot of fun and gave me a lot of additional helpful information. Once we sat down with him and Todd to discuss the purchase, I felt like they both were not just trying to sell me a car, but were honest, helpful, and really trying to get me the best deal possible. The whole experience was actually pleasant! After signing paperwork with the finance guy (sorry...can't remember his name, but he was also good) and preparing to leave with my new CR-V, I shook Jarmar's hand and also gave him a HUG!
