Maita always does great work. Can't fault them for that. However, on my last visit, it took them nearly two hours to do an oil change & tire rotation. I had an appointment, and was right on time. It took a full fifteen minutes for someone to come over and write me up. It seems like they must book more appointments than they can handle at one time.
