Buying from Randy was easily my best car-buying experience yet. He came up with a very creative way to find the exact vehicle I wanted, when I had previously tried to get the job done with 2 other experience yet. I had honestly begun to lose hope that anyone could obtain the vehicle I wanted (2012 manual-transmission, double-cab, metallic gray TRD-Sport Tacoma). Randy came up with a viable game plan within 48 hrs. The plan required coordinating with another dealer in Pennsylvania and with the factory. After that, I just had to wait 5 weeks for the vehicle to be finished and shipped. Randy is a no-surprise guy. Everything happened exactly as we had discussed and emailed. Anyone afraid of car-shopping should go see Randy. He will dispel any negative notions you might have about a car salesman. I'm not surprised at all to see that Randy gets consistent high-marks on these reviews. Thanks again! More

I am so happy with my new 2012 Toyota Yaris SE. I had been in a week prior to see the 2012 Scion IQ. I wanted to see if it was as cute in person as it was on the internet. It was : ) But I had one more car in mind and that was the Yaris. As soon as I saw it I new I had to have it. I told the sales person I would be back for it. He kept trying to get me to test drive it. I told him that it would not be necessary because I loved it so much and new that it was the one. I told him as soon as I figure out how I was going to be able to afford it I would be back and that was a promise. I kept going on line to see if just by chance they were having a sale and in less than a week my baby was on sale : ) The exact one and color : ) God is so good to me : ) I went down that very day after work to get it and would you know it was sitting there in front waiting for me, so I thought. They told be someone had just purchased it and my heart sank :( I guess I missed the part where it said 1 at this price? My internet salesman went to bat for me because I think he saw I devastated I was. Either that or I looked like I wanted to kill someone. Long story short Randy got me my car at the sale price and I'm the happiest I've been in a long time. Love my new Prius C! I visited many dealerships in pursuit of this car. I ended up choosing Maita Toyota because they not only had the best price, but were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to drive 130 miles for the car, but it was well worth the drive. We agreed upon the price before I drove out and there were no surprises when I got there. They offered me a fair value for my trade in as well. Randy Calhoun was super friendly, going so far as to delay his vacation so he could help me with the sale and walk me through all the features of my new car. Excellent experience all around! Make sure Randy is the first person you call if you're looking for a Toyota. More

Well, you don't drive 80 miles and buy a new car on Friday the 13th unless everything goes very smoothly. I went to the local dealers and got the usual smooze. One didn't even have the model they claimed, one tried to load me up with options I didn't want, and a another gave me a ridiculous and insulting offer on the trade in. More email exchanges with Randy, who seemed to be a straight shooter--no wild promises and he answered all my questions directly and clearly. Drove the 80 miles and was proven right about Randy. He had the exact car described and didn't play games about upping the price quote he'd given me by email. The clincher was the trade in value, which was close to what I thought I should get for the car and higher than any other dealer. All of this was done with no hassle. I recommend Randy if you don't want to put up with bait and switch or the smooze routine you get from most sales people. The best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks, Randy. Paul More

I have been car shopping for about a month and visited about 5 other dealerships. Most dealership would say come down and we will work with you but did not workout. Finally I visited Maita Toyota and was glad Mr. Dean Walton greeted us. It took me about 5 hours at the dealership to come to a decision. During this time Mr. Dean Walton was very patient and answered all my questions and doubts. He was very honest and did not pressure me to just buy any car. Went home and next day, came with my family and purchased a very nice Nautical Mettaliic Blue Toyota COROLLA S. We are all very happy with the car and the great service with Maita Toyota specially Mr. Dean Walton. This car will last us a long time but anytime I need another car, it will be Maita Toyota and hopefully Mr. Dean Walton will be there. More
