As usual, the Maita staff was excellent. However, I was bringing my car in for a routine 15,000 mile check up, which excludes an oil change. It took almost TWO HOURS to get my car back and However, I was bringing my car in for a routine 15,000 mile check up, which excludes an oil change. It took almost TWO HOURS to get my car back and I was slightly late for a subsequent appointment! Based on prior experience at Maita, I was expecting to be out in about half that time. They said they were short-staffed, but they should let their customers know IN ADVANCE what the time commitment would be - The service dept. staff should tell those who phone for an appointment what the time allowance should be. For those booking online, Maita should send a email to advise the customers. Best of all, hire some more service people. More
