They removed several steps in the overall p This last service visit at Maita Toyota was one of the best organized and efficient I've seen since 2012. They removed several steps in the overall process of having your vehicle brought into their shop - Great Moves on their part. The time it took to perform routine service on my vehicle was also significantly reduced. I am not sure of the details behind the scenes, but there is noticeable improvement. Thanks Maita More

After initially checking in for my appointment, Based on my latest service on April 12, 2018, I wouldn't recommend the Auburn Blvd. Maita for service. After initially checking in for my appointment, I waited almost two hours and no one gave me any feedback on my car. I had to find someone to ask them to give me a status as to how much longer I was going to have to wait. I only then discovered that they hadn't done anything to my car yet. I was told they'd have to keep my car overnight and they'd call me with an estimate. I called my family for a ride home. I have had my car serviced at this Maita location many times and have always had exemplary service, but this time was definitely an exception. I was very disappointed. More
