I just learned from the invoice that my tires did not get rotated. I was not notified at all there was a problem. Horrible service. With an appointment I always still wait in my car at least 20 minutes to drop off. Last week I was told it’d be 1.5 hours for an oil change when I booked. Then waited 30 minutes in my car just to drop off, was told it’d be 2-2.5 hours and then it took 3 more hours. Minimal apology and they didn’t even do the inspection on my car which is the entire reason I brought it there. They have a horrible business model and always overbook and make folks wait. More
