I purchased an 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from this dealership, so far I have not had any issues, had the car for 2 weeks now. If I do I will let you all know if I think I got flaked but for now it's g dealership, so far I have not had any issues, had the car for 2 weeks now. If I do I will let you all know if I think I got flaked but for now it's good. I got a decent deal, it took 2 trips to haggle the price of the car down but after I got it I was happy. The finance guy is a little rough but what do you expect from a car dealer. I do recommend the dealership because my sales guy (although very busy) was a character, he was a nice guy to deal with so see him if you go. Just be prepared to talk shop and always know your car, know everything about it, when you go to these places it's easy to get lost in all the wonder of beautiful cars, but be diligent and do your homework at home first! Know what you will sacrifice and what you won't and stick to it. =) More
I totally agree. The service was terrible. What was adverstised on the paper was not what they had in the shop. I finally bought a new Cherokee in NJ last year (4/08) and now need to have it serviced. adverstised on the paper was not what they had in the shop. I finally bought a new Cherokee in NJ last year (4/08) and now need to have it serviced. I called up Major world and their phone manners is even worse. I have a service date next week for my car that has 5000K miles so it will be interesting to see what gimmick they have to wrangle money out of me. I will let you all know how it goes and will warn you on the employees to stay away from. Kevin L.. More
It was the old "bait and switch": the price in the ad looked too good to be true, and as soon as we walked in we told them we were there for the low-priced car; we wasted a whole afternoon there a the ad looked too good to be true, and as soon as we walked in we told them we were there for the low-priced car; we wasted a whole afternoon there and they finally admitted that they had only one car for that price--and it didn't match the ad description (the car advertised was automatic, the one they showed us was stick shift) . . . and it was DAMAGED (supposedly by hail, but that didn't seem plausible). It's the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad name. More
