The AutoTech put their greasy hands on the door panel, owners manual (in glove compartment as they needed the wheel lock) and hood. Additinally, they also put their grimey shoes on my drivers side floor mat. Cleaned the car before I left. Didn't like that part at all. More

The salesperson kept lying to us, getting us to drive back to the dealership 3 times in 3 days stating they will work things out for us but each time they did absolutely nothing! The manager is shady as well. Nothing but a TIME SUCK. I don't understand how they do business this way. We will NEVER buy a car from AutoNation again based on this experience. Going to order a car through Carvana immediately after writing this review. More

We were never told that the vehicle had more than 6000 miles as we purchased it at night when the dealership was about to close. We are bringing a lawsuit if management continues to give us the run-around. Buyers be ware and careful. More
Clearly needs some staffing overhaul Bring a national chain I had high expectations for the dealership. The online webpage was great and I was able to generate an offer for them to buy my vehicle. The process after arriving (during a quiet time and raining) took very long and left me waiting. Ultimately they told me they would call me-but that never happened. I called back and could not get a straight answer and folks had plenty of excuses why I couldn't talk to management. That was the last time I would ever consider this dealership. More
BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Purchased a used chevy truck from this dealership in august. The used car manager was your standard full of xxxx used car salesman. I showed concern f Purchased a used chevy truck from this dealership in august. The used car manager was your standard full of xxxx used car salesman. I showed concern for some noise coming from the front end and I was quickly interrupted with a comment "that's just noise from the tires" (as it is a lightly lifted truck with oversized tires). I asked Al if he would have the techs look at it and he replied "sure no problem" I return the the dealership the following day to purchase the truck and was assured that the noise was in fact tires. So I took it home. In the next few weeks the noise got substantially worse so I took it to the best wheel and tire guys in the business, Butler Tire in Marietta. I was told it needed BOTH front hub assemblies! $200 each plus installation!!! I considered letting Autonation have the opportunity to fix it but they had their chance before I bought it. $500 later my truck rides quiet as could be while my pockets are lighter than ever. Come to find out that used car manager doesn't even work there anymore so I leave a few messages with the GM and never heard anything back. Needless to say they are not concerned about their reputation or rectifying a problem with a vehicle that existed before I bought it from them. I expected a lot more from a corporate chevrolet dealer. My advise is go to ALM, they have several locations around town and will bend over backwards to make their customers happy. we bought a Tahoe for my wife there in June and it was the smoothest transaction you could ask for! Snake in the Garden took in for engine light. was told before it was either the evap vent or purge solenoid. The Service adviser with tobacco dip in his teeth checked t took in for engine light. was told before it was either the evap vent or purge solenoid. The Service adviser with tobacco dip in his teeth checked the code and said it was the evap vent. Parts $160 labor $270. Was told by him it was hard to find the part and to change it out because they have redesigned it. I should of done my research before allowing them to do it. It probably took them less than 30 min to finish but charges $270. Saw on youtube later, simple fix. Autozone sells part for $120, amazon $80. Two days later engine light comes back on. Autozone says its the purge valve. Purge valve is plug and play, cost $23.99 at autozone, Autonation in alpharetta charges $200 for the purge valve fix. They use trickery and deceive their customers and over charge them. Had them change my oil while they had it also. When I picked up my truck, oil was leaking from the oil filter. Pathetic. Not going back, and I hope this helps somebody out there. More

Pre-owned vehicle purchase I purchased a vehicle from them back in February of 2016. They were so un-organized that it took them 3 months to get the loan processed correctly. I I purchased a vehicle from them back in February of 2016. They were so un-organized that it took them 3 months to get the loan processed correctly. I had to come in 3 different times to bring them in pay stub information before they finally got the loan processed and completed. Very frustrating. I then noticed that they had charged over $2500 for a extended warranty I did not ask for and did not want. Yes my fault for missing it in the paperwork prior to the sale, but regardless once I saw this I asked them to cancel it and refund my money. They were hesitant but agreed. I have been going back and forth with their finance department and management since May to get this refund and have still not received it. I have called every two weeks since May and always get some excuse (different every time) but I still have not received anything. Most of the time they will never answer or return my calls or emails. It is my money and I can't believe it has gone on this long and I still have nothing. I tried calling the general manager and corporate and have not received any response. I am going to have to pursue legal now, which is ridiculous, but I am not going to sit back and see them conveniently forget about the $2500 they owe me. More
