My customer service experience for my recent Re-call car service was great…I was a little concerned about the need of a Re-call so soon after just purchasing a 2024 Trax but the customer service representat service was great…I was a little concerned about the need of a Re-call so soon after just purchasing a 2024 Trax but the customer service representative reassured me…the service time for the service was minimal considering…I also want to mentioned that I received to my surprise a check in the mail refunding me for the MV(motor vehicles) services…Quite honestly, didn't know that I might be charged a little to much to process paperwork (thus the refund) another words being as though I knew nothing about the charges they could of keep the amount refunded..
