The service was good but my Colorado only has 21 thousand miles on it an the transmission was making a noise. They were nice but pricy. I had them fix an issue last year and the issue still is happening. When I dropped off the car and asked about this service they performed in Jan 2020 they didn’t have a record o year and the issue still is happening. When I dropped off the car and asked about this service they performed in Jan 2020 they didn’t have a record of it so i checked the car history and i found and invoice. The problem is still there and i badly drive the car due to the pandemic and i wanted them to check it again but they wanted another diagnostic fee and I didn’t want to pay again especially if it was the same problem they fixed last year. I got the car brand new from this dealer and the mode door cable is an issue in the Chevy teax according to the web but they were unable to peek at it and see if the issue is still happening. It is very frustrating since they also fixed the catalytic converter (under warranty) and the same time. More

I have been dealing with Mall Chevy for over 10yrs, and "MY" salesman, DT Reilly, for 20yrs!. I will not deal with anyone else, and I am a Brand Loyal customer, so will only purchase a "Bow Tie"!
