As usual with any dealership - a horrible experience. The person on the phone offers what is in the newspaper. When meeting that person, they introduce you to someone else who tells you he has a great deal, person on the phone offers what is in the newspaper. That person gets another person who says he’s your friend and says that the National ad is not a part of their deals. I’m pretty sure I’m still in the USA. After we abruptly walk out, he follows us and says he’s having a bad day and his boss is upset with him. He then proceeds to offer us the original price from the phone call. Put a price on the car and stop trying to rip off the consumer. Car buying is more stressful than buying a house. I haven’t found anyone yet that has had a pleasant experience buying a car. I don’t believe these 5 star comments on this sight. More

Great staff, fast service, always accommodating. I’ll definitely lease another vehicle from Mall and have it serviced there for scheduled maintenance.
