NOT HAPPY The quality and customer service has become less than desirable the past several months from both staff and management, but most recently I witnessed The quality and customer service has become less than desirable the past several months from both staff and management, but most recently I witnessed the worst. Having over $1200 worth of work done for the car to run worse than it did before the work AND told that additional work was needed, when that was not the case. Who is proofing the work and managing the technicians? They seem to call the shots, communicate it the service guys and they simply communicate the same to the customer without even questioning things. Was told I needed a new battery after that and it could be ordered for me for $30...really? Thank God I got my battery elsewhere recently (because of the consistent upcharge from Chevy) and learned that my battery was fine and did not need to be replaced, but rather the reconnecting of the battery was not done or not done properly from the previous work that was done...basically poor quality of work on the part of Chevy. More
