Although my service was speedy and the staff was very thoughtful, I do not think the service was performed as thoroughly as possible. I came 3!times for the same shaking which had gotten worse over time, thoughtful, I do not think the service was performed as thoroughly as possible. The first time I was made aware that a wheel weight was missing after the new tires were installed. Once that was replaced the problem got significantly better, then worse as time went on. When I returned a few months later I was made aware that the tires ( purchased appx. 8 mos ago through Chevy) were ‘out of round’ and I needed to contact an authorized dealer for warranty. I feel that Chevy should have been my representative and contacted Goodyear, as they are the agent who ordered and installed the tires. Also, when I had the tires checked by an authorized dealer there was a wheel weight moving freely inside the tire. I believe this was lack of thorough inspection and believe this is the same wheel weight that was ‘lost’ almost 1 year ago. The complimentary shuttle service is very handy, can wait at home while my car is being serviced. More
