First the background. I like to think my wife and I are smart buyers. We do research and read a bunch about the car before we look. My wife's camaro was rear ended and totaled. We needed a new car and wanted a family friendly car bc we have a new addition in the family. So we decided to look at the Buick encore, chevy equinox and ford escape. I am a GM only guy but my wife likes fords however we have always bought American. So we looked at the encore at burns gmc dealer in cherry hill. My wife loved the look, luxury options and mpg but we felt it was a bit tiny. Awesome car but too small. Burns staff were very nice and would have bought there if the car fit our needs. Next we went to Elkins chevy. My wife bought her camaro there. I can't say we will every go back after the cheap sales tricks they used. First they listed a 2lt equinox on line for a certain price. It was the color my wife wanted. We get there it has been sold of course. I noticed the stock numbers from the ones on the lot and online and they matched but the one we came there for was 400 numbers off. So my guess is they use it as a bait and switch. Which they did. They showed us a model lower 1lt and quoted us in writing more money then the car we org wanted (2lt) which was a model better with more features. So we didn't buy there. Finally we decided to give Mall chevy a try. We were received by Alex. We told him we were looking at the equinox. He showed us a dozen in all different price levels. He had me convinced if my wife wanted an equinox we where buying it here. Alex was great. He made my wife and I feel confident we were getting the best deal on the equinox. He made us comfortable with the options the car offered. He worked hard on getting us qualified for some of the rebate promotions. We must have visited Alex three times before we bought. I was able to communicate by text with him which made it a lot easier with work and handling a small baby. I am very happy with my experience at Mall chevy and having to have dealt with Alex. I would recommend going to see him and seeing what chevy got to offer. My wife loves the car. More

This is a very friendly dealership. They want to help you not sell you. I test drove two Camaro's and it was handled with ease. We drove for twenty minutes and that was no problem. I just wanted to say that my fiancé and I walked into the dealership and was looking on the lot for a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. While looking we noticed that there were salesmen on the floor also. I told him what price range I was looking to pay and he worked very hard to accomplish what I wanted. I am so glad that he came over and helped me.
