In response to Mr. Ianni's review, I apologize for the problems that we have had in getting your tags to you within the 20 day window that we are allotted by the state. The problem in getting the title was due to the previous owner's credit union as they were not aware that the original loan was paid off - even though they had received the correct paperwork from us. I realize that it must be incredibly frustrating to purchase a beautiful car, like the Corvette, and be unable to drive it because of a paperwork screw up but I don't have the ability to issue another temporary tag or speed up the process in any way. If I could, I would in a minute. My best suggestion was for you to rent a car until I can rectify the situation and I will absolutely reimburse you for the expense. I will also drive the tags up to your home or business to help move things along . Again I apologize and I hope that you enjoy the vehicle for years to come. - Craig Colender General Manager

This morning I received a call from Tyler at GM Dealer Services who again said he still has been unable to contact anyone at the dealership. He also said to let him know today if I receive my registration or not. Either way GM is going to work out some sort of compensation for what he called unacceptable service. 12PM today I called Mall Chevrolet and asked for Farrell. I was told he is off today, funny that he didn't tell me that when he told me I could contact him today. I also asked to speak to Craig Colender and the girl on the phone asked my name and what it is in refrence to. I told her who I was and what I was calling about. She then said that Craig is unavailable and took my phone number for him to return my call. I have been waiting now over an hour for a return call and my lunch hour is about over.
