I went to Mall Chevrolet on a recommendation from a friend who had purchased a new car there in December 2012. My friend raved about the service and how helpful everyone was so I thought I would check friend who had purchased a new car there in December 2012. My friend raved about the service and how helpful everyone was so I thought I would check them out and see if they were as great as she had said and they were, from the door people were friendly and gracious in making sure I was being taken care of. I was working with Diego Melendez and he was busy when I first got there so I had the opportunity to meet Bob Carbone and speak with him for a bit while I was waiting for Diego. My friend who recommended this dealership came with me and everyone remembered who she was and was asking how her car was operating and even asking about her family. Diego was really helpful when he realized that it has been a while since I have been in a brand new car and he went out of his way to make sure I got a car that I really liked for a price and payments that I could afford. Diego did everything he could so I could drive home that day in my new car. I am really enjoying having my new car and Diego has been checking in with me to see if everything is good and if I am enjoying the car. I really like that I got a car from a dealer who will be able to provide me the maintainence and service for my car to keep the car reliable for me. I would definitely recommend Mall Chevrolet to my friends and family and I would definitely go to them again when in the market for another car. More

Diego and Jason thought they could pull one over....what they should do is find new jobs. I went to trade my 2008 Trailblazer in and was told that I had a bad engine and they could only give me $2000 for it they should do is find new jobs. As Jason (sales manager) stated, "the mechanic started the truck up and he heard a noise. The engine is bad so he won't even touch it." They never lifted the hood or took it for a drive. I called up the best guys in town...CHEVY LUMBERTON (whom I've also purchased cars from in the past) and drove right over. The mecahnic did an ACTUAL inspection of my vehicle and found the problem to be a pulley and the noise was from the belt. How do you mistake an engine and a pulley???? Chevy Mall should do better when hiring their worthless mechanics. I wouldn't recommend these con artists to anyone! Don't waste your time or money...meanwhile, I ended up trading my truck in at Chevy Lumberton and left with a brand new vehicle! Leave the losers where they belong. And to top it off....Diego wanted to email me some movie tickets...haha!!! I don't need your tickets, but you definitely need a different occupation. More
