When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Mr. Baptiste and he asked me what I was looking for. I then visited several other dealerships and then realized that Mr. Baptiste had the better cars for the better prices. I went back to the dealership and bought a 2010 Dodge Charger for a REALLY great price. I did not have to stress about the price at all. The car was clean and had a very few miles on it. In less than an hour, I drove away with my new car. I would definitley recommend anyone to the dealership because the people make you feel like family and they do not try to pressure you to purchase a car. More

Never in a million years would I let anyone I know actually go to this dealership. They will sell you a brand new car and then not care when something goes wrong. The blinker arm broke off and they actually go to this dealership. They will sell you a brand new car and then not care when something goes wrong. The blinker arm broke off and they do not care at all! The service guys are great and so nice, but the Owner and Mike do not care about anything after you have purchased the car. I have had the car ONE WEEK. This is the most outrageous thing I have ever experienced in customer service. They say that it is not under warranty because I was applying too much pressure??? I haven't had the car long enough to even figure it all out!!! I will not let ANYONE I know do business with this dealership. These people want you in a car and on your way to never speak to them again. They are not going to make it right and they do not care. I am outraged right now and cannot believe the way this has happened. Anyone that wants to contact me, please do! This is beyond the realm of what I could even imagine as horrible customer service. This is just plain mean and ugly. Never do business here. Even if you have to drive farther away and pay more money; do it. You will be thankful you did. More
