I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE MALL OF GEORGIA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP WAS EASILY THE WORST I HAVE HAD. I CONTINUALLY PUSHED THE PROCESS ALONG BY C YEARS. THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE MALL OF GEORGIA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP WAS EASILY THE WORST I HAVE HAD. I CONTINUALLY PUSHED THE PROCESS ALONG BY CONTACTING THE SALES TEAM AND GETTING THE VEHICLE PURCHASE COMPLETE. MANY TIMES THE PERSONAL WOULD NOT ANSWER AND A VOICE MAIL WAS LEFT. HOWEVER, A RETURN CALL WAS NEVER MADE. I WAS SO DISGUSTED THAT I LEFT A VOICE MAIL WITH THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP AND GUESS WHAT? HE DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. I SHOULD STATE THIS WAS NOT A SMALL PURCHASE. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO BUY A 2011 MERCEDES G550 THAT WAS TRADED TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE PURCHASE PRICE WAS JUST UNDER $100,000. UNFORTUNATELY, THE VALUE OF THE VEHICLE DID NOT INFLUENCE THE DEALERSHIP TO RAISE THEIR LOUSY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
I must admit I called on several Dodge dealerships and spoke to numerous salespersons which led me to the Mall of Georgia for my purchase of a new Dodge Ram 1500. They had the best prices and selection that I could find in Georgia. Other things that are important to me are honesty and fast service which no other dealership can compare with this one. My sales person (Mike Clinnin) was/is one of the most knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous persons you will find on a car lot. My appreciation goes out to him for his outstanding service and promises kept or exceeded. This made my new car experience a pleasure. This was my 44th new vehicle purchase and I will call on Mike for all my future needs when searching for the right car/truck. Thanks Mike for the outstanding service you provided my wife and I. I emailed the internet sales group and received a response within minutes from Mike Clinnen. I told him that I would be in the Buford Area the next day and didn't have much time to spend, but knew ex response within minutes from Mike Clinnen. The next day, I spent about 5 minutes selecting the vehicle and another 5 minutes making the deal. It was a very easy, no hassle transaction. They didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. I enjoyed the experience very much . Mike is very knowledgeable on the features of the vehicle that I purchased and walked me through the accessories and operation of the vehicle very well. He has contacted me to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied as well. More
Wow this is the first time I have ever been impressed and happy with my car buying experience. He did not try to oversell but instead wanted to make sure you were happy with the vehicle you choose. Very relaxed car buying experience. Got a Fair offer for my Trade and a great price on the Jeep and the Financing process was even better. Magdalena worked very hard to find me financing and a payment I could afford. She helped me where other dealers could not or would not help. Rocky even stayed in contact to ensure all was going well with the car buying experience. Even though I had to come back the next day (I had come in late and banks were closed) to finish up the financing I did not have to call and leave messages to talk to anyone both Rocky and Magdalena kept there promise and keep in contact with me first thing in the morning and I was able to take home my new Jeep Compass that afternoon. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Rocky Ball and Magdalena Petty. They have a customer for Life with me. By the way I drove from Midtown Atlanta just to go to this Dealership and it was without a doubt worth the drive.....so much so I bought the maintenance plan for this dealership for my Jeep More
