The sales consultant we had was Mr. Stan Burroughs. My husband and I were very disappointed with his quality of work. I felt that he was very unprofessional, he made me feel like he didn't want to talk t husband and I were very disappointed with his quality of work. I felt that he was very unprofessional, he made me feel like he didn't want to talk to me only to my husband. He made me feel like he didn't care what I said he was more interested in what time he was going to finish so he could meet his "girl" at Pappadeaux restaurant that night. He even had the nerve to ask my husband to go and park a vehicle behind your fence that we had just test drove. He said it was because his legs were hurting but that didn't stop him from walking outside to buy a bootleg movie out of a van that a man was selling on the lot! Also he got himself several drinks during the hours that we were there but did not offer us anything NOT ONCE and it was 98 degrees outside! He was not the one that sold us the vehicle, it was Ms. Magdalena Petty. (And the second we walked into her office she asked if we wanted something to drink and she went and got us two bottled waters!) She was the one that did the research on her computer to check the inventory to see what she could find that met our budget. And from the beginning Stan kept telling us that we were not going to get the monthly payment that we wanted but little did he know we did! Also there were several other things that happened after we purchased the car that I am not happy about! Feel free to contact me and I will fill you in! Overall the Mall of Georgia experience was a good one. Everyone there was nice and friendly! We would consider purchasing another vehicle in the future from there as long as we have any other sales consultant other than Stan Burroughs. Just being honest! More
Talked to my salesman Mike Clinnin over the phone told him what I wanted and where I needed my payment also that I was over 100 miles away and he did excatly what he said he could do for us. If you are looking for a a place to purchase a JEEP... this would be it. When my daughter and I arrived to walk the lot we had a salesman to approach us. Robert Baptiste, he told us if we needed anythin this would be it. When my daughter and I arrived to walk the lot we had a salesman to approach us. We told him our name...never gave him any information about us other than we were shopping for a JEEP. We went back a couple of times still looking in the same month. Robert was always there to answer our questions. Never did he call us... I brought my husband in to meet Robert and discuss purchasing a jeep. Later that week I called Robert and asked about a certain car and what they would be willing to sale it for..there was no games..I gave him my finally offer and the next day I went in and did the paper work and drove home with a NEW JEEP LIBERTY. We would have to say the only thing is the process all together should not take over 5 hours. The process of test driving the vehicle and getting a deal only took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours it was waiting ar together should not take over 5 hours. Rocky was great, very knowledgeable about our new Durango and was very friendly. This is our second vehicle we have purchased at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Very professional. More
After visiting CarMax and realizing they did not really care to sell me a car I went to Mall of Georgia Jeep to see if the experience would be any better. It was. From the moment I stepped on their lot I care to sell me a car I went to Mall of Georgia Jeep to see if the experience would be any better. It was. From the moment I stepped on their lot I felt important and respected. Rocky Ball approached me to see if he could help me. He was very pleasant actually very "real" unlike most car salesmen I have dealt with over the years. He showed me several vehicles that met my list of requirements and we took a test drive. All the while he exhibited a great deal of knowledge about the Grand Cherokee I was test driving. I had done a decent amount of research, but he pointed out things about the vehicle I had not known. When we started to work on the numbers, the negotiations were pretty quick and with acceptable results. It was clear to me that they really did want to make the sale. Once I agreed with their offer, Rocky started the paperwork and it was no long before I was sitting with Chad going over the warranty and finance options. Chad explained everything in great detail and suggested things in terms of which way to go for both warranty and financing and really seemed to want to give me the best of both. Everyone I came in contact with from the dealership was very pleasant and friendly. It was more like visiting friends than going to buy a car. If your looking for a new car, give these guys a shot, they truly do want to earn your business and everything they do will prove that to you. More

I stumbled upon this dealership while surfing the web and found exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. I have to admit we were very skeptical with this internet pricing, but after dealing with our salesman Jeremy, we felt very confident the 5 hour road trip to select our vehicle was a no brainer. The deal we made on the phone was the same deal when we got there. In fact the financial manager Chad, was able to save us even more on the deal. Jeremy, our salesman was very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable with every aspect of our deal. Everything went very smooth with no pressure.
